BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Know the process, handover and ongoing support

Understand discovery, demonstrations, change requests, acceptance and handover with Tianyi Technology, including how source code, documentation, maintenance responsibilities and costs are agreed.

Start with one problem ↗
01

Understand a real business transaction

The client shares workflows, existing systems and anonymised examples. Together we assess reuse, interfaces and permissions, then record scope, priorities, risks and open questions. Pricing and responsibilities follow the agreed proposal.

02

Review the plan before development

Review workflows, prototypes or demonstrable modules with the client business owner. Agree staged demonstrations, feedback, acceptance scenarios, deployment conditions and third-party costs.

03

Develop in stages and track decisions

Build, integrate and demonstrate the agreed scope. Record issues, owners and resolutions. Assess new requests for cost and schedule impact before inclusion; client users and interface providers take part in validation.

04

Accept, hand over and plan support

Verify normal and exceptional workflows against agreed criteria. Confirm code, documentation, data, accounts and deployment handover. Agree backups, rollback, maintenance contacts and coverage before launch; handle upgrades under subsequent agreements.

BUILT FOR THE LONG TERM

Build systems your team can keep using and developing

Tianyi has worked in full-stack software development since 2014. More than a decade of project experience has taught us to respect the money, time and operating knowledge customers have already invested, and to assess how useful existing systems can keep serving them.

We think about the people using the software: staff entering fewer orders twice, managers tracing a transaction, and consumers completing a purchase or check-in. Understanding their work guides what we build first.

From discovery and development to deployment, handover and maintenance, we design systems customers can keep using and developing. Clear decisions, reliable delivery and continuing support earn the next opportunity to work together.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Working together

Process & support ↗
Must a working system be rebuilt?+

Assess source and usage rights, interfaces, data export, operating costs and maintainability. Explain the trade-offs between retaining modules, adding a separate component, integrating a service and rebuilding.

What code, documents and accounts are handed over?+

Before contracting, list deliverable source code, deployment and operations documents, database notes, account ownership and necessary training. Third-party products, cloud resources and licences remain subject to their own terms and the agreed scope.

Who handles problems after launch?+

Agree the maintenance contact, feedback channel, severity levels, service hours and repair scope. Distinguish delivery defects from third-party failures, environment changes and new requirements; define backup restoration and urgent handling. Duration and coverage require agreement.

How are maintenance and upgrade costs agreed?+

Separate development, hosting, third-party services, maintenance and future upgrades. Assess new features or interface changes before agreeing price and schedule. The project contract and support agreement define costs, duration and responsibilities.

Your next chapter
starts with a conversation.

Tell us about your business goals, target markets and real working processes.

Tell us what your business does, how you handle the task today and what you want to improve. An existing system, an unfinished idea or an efficiency plan is enough to start.
