Improve existing systemsPartner collaboration

Helping a partnership platform connect contributions to projects

Partner lists and project tools already existed, but resources, completed tasks and contribution approvals lived in separate sheets. We linked roles, projects and review records while preserving appropriate access boundaries.

Client: a business operating a partnership platform. Teams: operations, project owners and partner organisations.

01

Projects existed, contribution evidence remained separate

Staff reconstructed who had supplied resources or completed work from messages. Unclear access rules also risked sharing project information too widely.

02

Agree how contributions are recorded and confirmed

We mapped identities, project permissions and review responsibility, retaining useful records and separating factual submissions, approval and subsequent business allocation.

03

Create traceable project relationships

Partner profiles, participation, supporting materials and review records stay linked. Changes retain reasons and operators; joining one project does not grant access to all business records.

04

Bring discussions back to shared records

Operations and partners can review progress within their permissions. Role matrices, data mappings and operating guidance help the client maintain its relationships.
