Improve and grow operationsLive content services

Helping a content team turn live recordings into reusable resources

Recordings, questions and key points were stored separately. We connected sessions, access rights and content indexes, adding human-reviewed summaries and search assistance so existing material could keep serving customers.

Client: an established live-content business. Teams: editors, operations and support. End users: members and viewers.

01

More sessions made useful content harder to find

Editors repeatedly reviewed full recordings to locate key moments, while support struggled to find previous answers. Viewing rights and republication rights also needed separate checks.

02

Organise content before adding analysis

We mapped sessions, recordings, questions and publication permissions, retaining storage and playback services and prioritising findability and authorised access.

03

Keep summaries linked to their source

The system organises resources and search, retaining original references for assisted summaries. Editors review before publication, with changes and access decisions recorded.

04

Build a resource the team can keep using

Staff can locate relevant recordings and questions; members see authorised material. Indexing, review and maintenance guidance support continued content reuse.
