Build a new serviceLive content services

Helping a brand connect live events to continuing customer service

The brand needed registration before an event, interaction during it and follow-up afterwards. We connected those steps with replay access so the event became part of the brand's own service process.

Client: a brand running online events. Teams: marketing, content and customer service. End users: registrants and viewers.

01

Participants had to move between disconnected tools

Registration forms, live rooms and follow-up materials were separate. The brand also needed to know which questions were answered and which still needed service attention.

02

Plan the event beyond the broadcast

We mapped identity, viewing entry, interaction and replay scope, selecting video services against quality, latency and cost while prioritising a complete participant journey.

03

Connect event content to service records

The work covers branded entry, session management, question handling and replay access. Teams review publications and use participant information within its authorised scope.

04

Continue the relationship after the event

Participants can find materials and replays, while staff continue unresolved questions. Operating guidance, permissions and provider configuration support further events.
