Build a new serviceProperty and communities

Helping a community operator connect bookings to service providers

Residents could register interest, but the operator and providers lacked a shared fulfilment process. We connected service publication, booking, acceptance and feedback with clear responsibilities for each participant.

Client: a community service operator. Teams: property staff, operations and partner providers. End users: residents.

01

A booking form did not complete the service

Providers offered different availability and cancellation conditions. Staff still had to forward every request, confirm arrangements and track the outcome manually.

02

Clarify who provides which service

We defined operator, property team and provider responsibilities, service coverage, appointment slots, fee explanations and exceptions around services the business could actually fulfil.

03

Connect the reservation to a provider task

Resident requests, operational review and provider tasks share booking changes and service results. Providers see only necessary information, and fees follow agreed rules.

04

Give the service a manageable operating process

Staff can identify accepted bookings and those needing coordination; residents can follow progress. Configuration and permission guidance support additional services and providers.
