A vacant room is not always ready
The hotel’s existing PMS, channel dashboards and staff chat groups hold different pieces of information. Reception calls housekeeping to confirm readiness, then checks inventory after a channel cancellation. Staff search across tools while guests wait for an answer.
Separate availability from readiness
We trace checkout, cleaning, inspection and the next arrival with hotel teams. Room-type mapping, maintenance blocks and handover ownership need shared definitions. Where interfaces and data support the work, we build on the existing PMS and prioritise gaps affecting reception.
Connect booking and room preparation states
Tianyi designs inventory by room type and date, channel notification handling, cancellation releases and exception records. Cleaning and inspection states remain distinct from booking occupancy. Channels with interfaces are integrated; manual updates have clear ownership and checks.
Make reception and handover traceable
Reception can see reservation occupancy alongside room readiness, housekeeping updates assigned work, and managers can trace changes. Joint acceptance covers the last room, cancellations, maintenance and cleaning. State rules, integration notes and support procedures help the hotel operate and extend the system.
