Online orders still create manual work
A retailer already has an online storefront, but staff copy orders and addresses into separate store and delivery tools. Address changes and refunds trigger another round of checks. The existing systems each serve a purpose, while the gaps between them consume staff time.
Follow one order before changing systems
We work with operations, store and finance teams to trace ordering, fulfilment and after-sales work. We review order ownership, inventory updates, refund records, interfaces and access rights. Useful modules stay in place; the first release connects fulfilment before adding broader reporting.
Connect exceptions as well as normal orders
Tianyi designs order states, product and store mappings, permissions and integrations. Delivery updates link to the source order. Duplicate notifications are recognised, failures can be retried, and refunds remain traceable. Items requiring attention go to a responsible team.
Give each team a common reference
Stores process fulfilment against the source order, delivery staff receive linked tasks, and finance can follow refunds and settlement records. Acceptance covers cancellations, address changes and failed notifications. Interface documentation, permissions and exception procedures support daily operations and future development.
